The Tree And The Moss
The Tree and The Moss was a short story I wrote back in March, 2018. At the time of writing, I didn't realise what it would come to mean many years later.
This story signifies why it is important to live your life in harmony with your surroundings. For a tree, that's good soil in which to put down roots, space in which to grow, supply of water and of course, the all important sunlight. But for the moss, that is not the case. The moss needed shady, damp conditions.
People are like this too. Our environment and our surroundings can have a hige influence on our ability to thrive - to grow and evolve into our truest selves.
