Jack Under Pressure
A story about dealing with peer pressure, this story explores the tension between doing what is right and maintaining friends—a theme that will resonant with many young people.
Synopsis
Jack is an ordinary boy who loves skateboarding, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his loyal dog, Joey. But lately, things have changed. His long-time friends Scott, Levi, and Elijah have been pressuring him into situations that don’t feel right—sneaking into places they shouldn’t, skipping school, stealing, and even betraying Zee, another friend who chose to walk away from the group.
Caught between the voice in his head urging him to go along and a deeper voice in his heart reminding him of what’s right, Jack struggles with guilt, confusion, and the fear of losing his friends.
At its core, Jack Under Pressure is a story about resisting negative peer pressure, choosing integrity over acceptance, and learning that being true to yourself is the foundation of real friendship.
"Jack Under Pressure is a powerful story about friendship, courage, and the strength it takes to stand up for yourself."
